Tissue Salts

Schuessler Salts
Schuessler salts are a type of tissue salts, which are specially prepared micro-doses of the body's 12 essential minerals. According to Biochemic therapeutics, the integrity, structure, and function of the body's tissues and organs are dependent on necessary quantities of cell salts. It follows a theory of a health system based on the premise that if a deficiency were to occur in one or more of the tissue salts of the body, a form of disease state would arise in the body. These 'cell salts' are therefore integral functioning parts of each individual cell and of the body as a whole. Health and energy can therefore be maintained by properly maintaining the cellular tissue salts in the body.
The following are the twelve main tissue salts:
- Calcarea fluorica known as Tissue salt #1
- Calcarea phosphorica known as Tissue salt #2
- Ferrum phosphoricum known as Tissue salt #3
- Kali chloratum known as Tissue salt #4
- Kali phosphoricum known as Tissue salt #5
- Kali sulphuricum known as Tissue salt #6
- Magnesia phosphorica known as Tissue salt #7
- Natrium chloratum known as Tissue salt #8
- Natrum phosphoricum known as Tissue salt #9
- Natrum sulphuricum known as Tissue salt #10
- Silicea known as Tissue salt #11
- Calcarea sulphurica known as Tissue salt #12
- Kali muriaticum
- Natrum muriaticum
