Product description:

Most patients and practitioners recognize the link between a person's lifestyle and their health. The Energetics of Health: a naturopathic assessment teaches students and practitioners how to assess health and disease from an energetic perspective. It provides a detailed model for determining the lifestyle, environmental and external causes of disease based on a patient's subjective experiences, their signs and their symptoms.

This book was written for naturopathic and medical students and energetic practitioners. The model used is based on naturopathic principles and the qualities and characteristic patterns of traditional healing systems of medicine. It is based on the belief that health is a logical process and that specific patterns manifest in a patient's language, in functional and structural changes in the body, and in symptoms and diseases. The root cause of disease is never another symptom, and by addressing health and disease from the perspective of patterns, a practitioner is able to more fully determine the causal factors.

This book is a valuable tool for those looking to understand the interrelationship of the psychological, functional and structural aspects of an individual and how internal beliefs, external and environmental factors affect health.
