Dr. Semple uses a naturopathic approach that seeks to boost fertility by using proper nutrition, hydrotherapy, relaxation and meditation. Herbs, vitamins, and other dietary supplements can also offer significant help in increasing a couple's fertility. Taking a holistic approach, the therapies discussed in this booklet can significantly increase your chances of conceiving a baby.
