Calcarea fluorica is a strong tissue remedy often used for hard, stoney glands, varicose or enlarged veins, as well as malnutrition of bones.

Indications

The following are the main indications for Calcarea fluorica.[1], [2]

  • Indurations of stoney hardness; glands; tonsils; neck; piles; tumours; edges of ulcers , threatening suppuration , hard knots in female breast
  • Varicose veins and enlarged veins , vascular dilatation, inflamed , aneurysm
  • Cataracts and conjunctivitis

Other common conditions: Congenital syphilis, Tuberculosis, Periostitis of lower jaw, Arteriosclerosis

Tissue Salts

  • As a tissue salt, Calcarea fluorica is used for cases of rough or deficient tooth enamel, bone diseases, cavities, exostosis, lack of elasticity of tendons and ligaments, and in frequent dislocations of joints along with sprains. It is also used is uterine and vaginal prolapse, cracking of the skin, callosity, fibrous tumors, and coughs provoked by tickling in the throat.
