Alkaline Broth

The following alkaline broth can be used to bring the body to a more alkaline state.

Recipe

  • Ingredients: zucchini, celery, green beans, potatoe
  • Direction:
  • Boil 1 cup of each in 1 litre of water for 18 to 20 minutes.
  • Drink 1 cup of the broth twice a day (ideally 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. which coensides to the natural circadian rhythm.
  • Broth can be pureed, if desired.
