About the author
Dr Neemez Kassam, MSc, ND, R.Ac is a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist, who has studied at the University of British Columbia, Bastyr University, and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). He is currently an associate professor and the head of Asian Medicine at CCNM, where he has received the Excellence in Teaching Award for the past four years. He also practices medicine and acupuncture at the West Coast Wellness Centre in Toronto.
