Product Description:

Nature's Miracles examines the use of natural substances--including herbs and supplements--that may be easier on the body, but just as effective as pharmaceuticals for treating common medical conditions. The book profiles a dozen of the most well-known and well-studied natural medicines covering what conditions they are useful for, how they compare to pharmaceuticals, and how to use them safely and effectively.
